Testimonials about the Agelink experience!
"I first visited the Agelink campus when I was five months pregnant with my first child. I had visited several other daycare facilities that left me unsettled about going back to work after my son was born. Walking into Agelink gave me a different feeling immediately. A secure facility with welcoming staff, children separated by age and developmental stages and teachers who had a history with the center and professional training and/or education in early childhood education or sociology. The pictures on the walls of children with their grand-friends showed me that the intergenerational component the center touted was actually in place and benefitting both the kids and the residents at the Beatitudes Campus.
Soon I will see my second child “graduate” from Agelink and move into the K-12 schools. Both of my children left Agelink able to follow directions, confident in their ability and therefore participants in class, and having social skills to interact with both children and adults. They were provided the skills necessary to start kindergarten, including letter and sound recognition, writing their name, basic number skills and a creative imagination. Agelink has been the right mix of play and learning for our family and we treasure the friends we have made along the way in both the families and teachers in this community."

“There really are no perfect words to express my gratitude or to describe this wonderful school, but here is my best effort -- Agelink is not a daycare; it’s a school. The staff are not babysitters; they are truly talented educators. This is the kind of place I always hoped I would find for my son and I am so grateful that I did. I think I can speak for most parents when I say that leaving your child in the care of another is never easy. It breaks my heart every day to leave him, waving goodbye to me from his little classroom window. But there is always a moment when I see his hand drop. He turns and runs off to play, to paint, to sing and play music, and to learn. And it is at that moment that I can swallow the little lump of “working mommy” sadness that I’ve built up because I know he’s well taken care of and, most of all -- happy. Thanks to Agelink for creating such a beautiful learning environment for the children and giving the gift of true peace of mind for their working parents.”

“The Preschool program at Agelink prepared my oldest son for Kindergarten beyond standard expectations. His reading and math skills are two grade levels above his current grade level. Teachers and Parents are always complementing me on his social skills and confidence with children and adults alike. I attribute his success in school to the years of diverse educational and intergenerational focus at Agelink. My youngest is currently in the PreK program at Agelink and will be attending Kindergarten in the fall. He is already surpassing the Kindergarten rediness lists issued by our district. I can see that the instruction that he receives in the PreK classroom mirrors what is taught in Kindergarten in our district. We are happy with the learning and development our boys have received at Agelink over the past 5 years and are going to really miss this place!”

"We are extremely pleased with the quality care and educational experience Agelink provided to our girls, Gabrielle, Abigail and Emma. They were not only prepared for kindergarten, but they started with confidence and exceled far above grade level. Most importantly, they formed long lasting friendships at Agelink even after 10 years! Our oldest, Gabrielle, met Willy and Ben at Agelink 10 years ago in Room 3, and they remain the best of friends today!"

"My daughter, who is 2 1/2 now, has been at the Beatitudes Agelink since she was 3 months old. She started in the infant pods with the most loving, kind teachers who not only knew exactly how to take care of my infant daughter, but knew how to handle a new mom like me (with patience and an occasional reminder that everything would be ok). My daughter graduated to the one year old room where from day one, she began to develop a larger vocabulary and more independent life skills (washing your hands, eating at the table, and brushing teeth). Now, she is in the two-year old room and she has full conversational vocabulary (and can count to 20 in english and spanish!), knows her colors, loves to read books, does art and science projects and is excited every day to see her teachers and classmates. Our daughter's experience at Agelink has been wonderful --she is nurtured and loved and her teachers focus on developing her mind through active learning and her body though emphasis on physical activity (beautiful age-appropriate playgrounds, dance, and movement). The teachers are all first-rate, highly educated and have years of experience working with children. The facility is safe, clean and inviting for children. The classroom environment is conducive to play and learning. I highly recommend Beatitudes Agelink to any parent who is looking for high quality early education for their children."
