TUITION RATES AND POLICIES
EFFECTIVE AUGUST 30, 2011
Agelink provides Full Time Care and education at the weekly rate of:

FEE POLICIES:
An annual non-refundable registration/supply fee of $100.00/child or $150/family is due at the time of registration.
Weekly tuition due in advance on Mondays. We accept VISA and MC. Written authorization is required for Automatic payment through your credit card. Authorization form is available in business office.
Late fees of $5.00 per day will be assessed on Tuesday and each subsequent day of the week. If fees are not brought current by Monday of the following week, we will not be able to accept the child.
Weekly tuition charge does not change. Tuition rates are set based on the expectation of full weekly revenue. Absences (vacations and illness) and Agelink closures are billed at full rate. Twelve full-day closures. Closures for the 2011-2012 contract year include: September 2 & 5, 2011; November 11, 24 & 25, 2011; December 26, 2011; January 2 & 16, 2012; February 20, 2012; May 28, 2012; and July 4, 2012; August 3, 2012).
Dis-enrollment - Two week notice by the parent is required to allow for filling of any vacancy. Tuition fees continue to equal two weeks if notification of withdrawal is not received.
OTHER FEES:
Returned-check fee $25.00
Late Pick-up fee (after 6:00 p.m.) $1.00 per minute per child.**
**This fee is due before the child re-enters the center the next day.
Parents are responsible for all childcare fees listed above. Any third party payments (employer subsidy, DES, scholarships, etc.) not received or additional fees assessed as listed above are the responsibility of the parents.
In the event that an account becomes delinquent and is assigned to a collection agency for recovery, any and all costs associated with the collection process will be the responsibility of the contracting parent(s).
SCHOLARSHIPS: Agelink has limited scholarship funding. Families may apply by submitting a scholarship application during the designated application period in September and March each year. Short-term emergency scholarship funds may be available on a case-by case basis throughout the year.
