Rita is the Interim Executive Director and Program Manager at Agelink and has been here since we opened in 1997! She has her AA in Business and her Child Development Associate degree from Central Arizona College. Rita has 2 grown children. Her children are how she got involved in childcare. Rita was not happy with the care her daughter received and knew she could provide better care so she started taking classes, learning about child development and got a job at a childcare center. Years later Rita is still in the business of taking care of children because she truly does believe that children are the future. When she's not at Agelink, Rita enjoys hiking, horseback riding, reading, and swimming.
